How to Buy from Infideals
It is easy to purchase items from us, just add the items you wish to buy to your shopping basket and then proceed to checkout. At the checkout you will need to enter your address details and then select which service you would like (1st class or standard parcel for UK buyers, the price is listed beside the service option). Your total price will then be calculated and you can confirm the order. If there are any problems you can simply go back and correct them before confirming.
Postage and Packaging
We send all of our smaller items in a padded envelope (jiffy bag) for security in transit. Our larger items are bubble-wrapped, boxed and wrapped.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery in the UK and 28 days for delivery overseas.
It is our policy to keep postal prices as low as possible and so we calculate these upon the weight of the items. Multiple purchases will combine the weight of the items for cheaper shipping. The price will be confirmed at the checkout stage.
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal, just click on the PayPal logo when confirming the order. This will take you to your PayPal log-in page where you simply sign in and follow the instructions to pay. After payment has been made you will receive a receipt of purchase (email) and you will be able to log into your account at any time to view transaction details.
We accept credit or debit card via Google Checkout, just follow the Checkout logo.

Returns Policy
A full refund will be given to any item that is found to be in a faulty or unsatisfactory condition. Items must be returned, at buyers expense, within seven working days.
